Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, prospecting, and networking.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to support effective marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ROI.
• Attend industry events, trainings, and conferences to network and promote the institute’s brand.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably within a training institute, marketing, or related industry.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing techniques, including onlinemarketing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
• Proximity to Ogudu is a must.
• Candidates must reside in or around Ogudu, Ojota, Ketu, Gbagada, Maryland, Alapere, Magodo, Kosofe.
• Must be available to resume immediately.
