    Sales and Marketing Executive

    Role Summary

    • A revenue-focused sales and marketing executive who finds and closes catering, corporate and event accounts, grows retail sales of gourmet goods, and builds the restaurant’s local brand presence.
    • Responsible for lead generation, partnerships, marketing campaigns, and hitting sales targets.
    • This is a high-impact role for a proactive, results-driven operator.

    Key Responsibilities
    Sales / Revenue

    • Prospect, qualify and close B2B accounts: corporates, churches, event planners, hotels, hospitals, and retail partners.
    • Build and manage a sales pipeline in a CRM (track leads, opportunities, follow-ups).
    • Create proposals, negotiate contracts, pricing packages (catering and wholesale).
    • Schedule and run tastings / client meetings.
    • Drive repeat business and upsells (menus, add-ons, hampers).
    • ⁠Manage delivery relationships / logistics for large orders.
    • Develop and execute monthly marketing plans (digital & offline) aligned to sales targets.
    • Manage social media content calendar and promotions to drive reservations + retail sales.
    • Create promotional materials (flyers, email campaigns, event invites).
    • Coordinate grand opening, sampling events, partnerships, and community outreach.
    • Manage Google Business Profile, basic SEO of service pages, and review-response strategy.
    • Track campaign performance and adjust tactics to maximize ROI.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • B.Sc or HND in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
    • ⁠Minimum of 2 years combined sales & marketing experience (hospitality/food & beverage preferred).
    • Proven success closing B2B deals and running local marketing campaigns.
    • Comfortable using a CRM, Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
    • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
    • Digital marketing basics: social media content, email campaigns, ads
    • Event coordination experience (tastings, pop-ups) is a plus.
    • Results-driven, highly organized, creative, and accountable.
    • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales target preferably in the hospitality sector.

    Remuneration

    • Compensation structure:
      • Base Salary: N100,000 - 150,000 monthly.
      • Commission and performance bonus tied to revenue and KPI attainment.
    • Perks and other benefits:
