Sales and Marketing Executive at Erisco Foods Limited

Job Description:

Erisco Foods Limited is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in Calabar. As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales, expanding market share, and promoting our wide range of food products. You will also be responsible for executing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, and ensuring the visibility and growth of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and grow the customer base in the assigned region (Calabar and surrounding areas).
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitors, and market trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, retailers, and distributors.
• Coordinate product promotions, events, and advertisements to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product development, distribution, etc.) to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Represent Erisco Foods at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles, sales techniques, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Calabar market and surrounding areas is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other sales/marketing software.
