    Sales and Distribution Officer

    Job Description:

    • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
    • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competition, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for product development and market expansion.
    • Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
    • Distribution Management: Oversee and optimize the distribution network, ensuring efficient and timely product delivery to customers.
    • Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, including their features, benefits, and pricing.
    • Promotions and Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute sales promotions, advertising campaigns, and product launches.
    • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent overstock or shortages and ensure product availability for customers.
    • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to make improvements in product quality, packaging, and service.
    • Compliance: Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
    • Reporting: Generate regular sales and distribution reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
    • Proven sales experience.
    • Sound knowledge of sales strategies and industry regulations.
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Exceptional customer service skills.
