    Sales and Business Development Lead

    What You'll Do 

    • Identify, prospect, and close deals with logistics businesses, fleet operators, and manufacturers.
    • Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow revenue 
    • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the supply chain and logistics industry 
    • Work closely with marketing to generate high-quality leads 
    • Manage the entire B2B sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing 
    • Identify partnership opportunities with 3PLs, ERP providers, and supply chain companies 

    What We're Looking For 

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, logistics tech, or fleet management solutions
    • Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills 
    • A proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets 
    • Experience selling to FMCGs, transport/logistics companies, and supply chain businesses is a plus 
    • Self-starter who can work independently and drive results with minimal supervision
