Role Overview

• We are seeking dedicated and energetic Runners to join our team.
• The Runner plays a crucial role in supporting waiters, waitresses, and the kitchen by ensuring that food and drinks are delivered promptly and correctly to guests.
• This position requires speed, attention to detail, and a strong sense of teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to guests quickly and accurately.
• Assist waiters and waitresses in clearing tables and resetting them for new guests.
• Ensure trays, cutlery, and glassware are properly handled and returned to designated areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, bar attendants, and floor supervisors.
• Support seamless operations by reducing delays and ensuring guests receive timely service.
• Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting (preferred).
• Strong physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
