As the Risk Officer, you will support enterprise risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Responsibilities
Identify, assess, and monitor enterprise risks across business operations
Develop and implement risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures
Support business units in managing risk exposures and compliance requirements
Prepare risk reports and communicate findings to key stakeholders
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management
Strong knowledge of enterprise risk management frameworks
Professional certification such as FRM, CRM, or related is an advantage
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
