Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver customer food orders safely and on time.
• Ensure all food is handled with care and delivered in good condition.
• Maintain a clean, well-functioning delivery vehicle/bike.
• Provide excellent customer service during pickup and drop-off.
• Respond to delivery requests promptly and follow assigned routes.
• Collect payment on delivery where required and remit accurately.

Requirements

• Valid rider’s license/driver’s license with a clean record.
• Proven experience as a delivery rider or dispatch rider.
• Strong knowledge of Lagos routes, especially Ikeja and surrounding areas.
• Own a well-maintained bike or access to one is an advantage.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Smartphone for navigation and order updates.
