Revenue to Cash Officer at Hobark International Limited (HIL)

Key Responsibilities

• Process and post invoices, receipts, and customer orders in ERP.
• Maintain accurate receivables records and reconcile customer accounts.
• Prepare ageing schedules and support collections follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS 15 and company accounting procedures.
• Maintain organized documentation and assist with audit requests.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years’ experience in invoicing, receivables, or revenue accounting in the Oil & gas or project-service industry is a plus.
• ERP system experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel, analytical, and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
