Revenue Optimization Officer at A4&T Power

Role Description

• We're seeking a detail-oriented revenue optimization officer with an understanding of revenue growth strategies and understanding of products to support engineering departments. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills and strong data analysis skills.
• This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Optimization Officer, located in Lagos. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily report of Sites performances
• Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies on all mini grid sites
• Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights across subsidiaries
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams for optimization
• Identify and target specific customer segments using it to drive revenue.
• Align sales and marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets across all sites
• Optimize operational efficiency to reduce costs using data generated 
• Assess and manage risks affecting revenue streams
• Leverage technology for process improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• SHS recovery across states

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree/Master's in any field
• Proven experience in the banking sector
• Experience in sales and business growth
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficient in Google Office 
• ⁠High attention to detail and organizational skills
