We're seeking a detail-oriented revenue optimization officer with an understanding of revenue growth strategies and understanding of products to support engineering departments. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and communication skills and strong data analysis skills.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Revenue Optimization Officer, located in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily report of Sites performances
Develop and implement comprehensive revenue strategies on all mini grid sites
Conduct data analysis to derive actionable insights across subsidiaries
Collaborate with product and engineering teams for optimization
Identify and target specific customer segments using it to drive revenue.
Align sales and marketing efforts with revenue goals.
Develop accurate revenue forecasts and budgets across all sites
Optimize operational efficiency to reduce costs using data generated
Assess and manage risks affecting revenue streams
Leverage technology for process improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
SHS recovery across states
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/Master's in any field
Proven experience in the banking sector
Experience in sales and business growth
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficient in Google Office
High attention to detail and organizational skills
