Revenue Assurance Executive at 3Line Card Management Limited

Responsibilities

• He/She is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of revenue Streams across all platforms. It involves Monitoring, reconciling and reporting financial transactions to prevent revenue leakage, ensure compliance with financial processes and support the company's goal of providing reliable financial services.
• Verify and assure the accuracy of fees and revenue configured across 3Line's platforms, including agency banking and payments systems
• Prepare daily reconciliation reports for transaction funds, wallet balances and other financial activities.
• Reconcile transaction costs with bank deductions to identify and resolve discrepacies
• Confirm the correctness of transaction reports generated by operations team.
• Calculate and report incomed earned from withdrawal/ disbursement transaction and other revenue streams.
• Post Financial data too accounting Software (e.g Sage, Zoho) for reporting and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial and revenue discrepancies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the accuracy and timeliness of revenue management processes.
• Assist in establishing internal financial controls to mitigate revenue to mitigate revenue leakage risks due to errors, negligence or frauds.
• Provide analytical support for revenue forecasting and identifying revenue opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years' of professional accounting experience in a fintech or fast paced environment.
• Bsc degree in Accounting, or Finance with ACCA or CPA certification
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, powerpoint,Word) or data analysis and reporting
• Strong knowledge of accounting software (E.g Sage , Quickbook, Zoho Peachtree)
• Excellent Financial Data and business analytics skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• High sense of ownership, responsibility and accountability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team collaboration
• Ability to handle new challenges and work effectively in a fast paste environment
• Knowledge of general accounting procedures and revenue assurance best practises
