    Retail Sales Manager

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time hybrid role for a Retail Sales Manager at Coronation Insurance Plc. The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day retail sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and driving sales growth. This role will be based in Lagos but allows for some work from home flexibility.

    Qualifications

    • Retail Sales and Sales skills
    • Communication and Customer Service skills
    • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience
    • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
    • Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
