Retail Sales Cashier at Essenza International Limited

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first and last point of contact for customers at the till — warmly welcome and efficiently process purchases.
• Maintain an accurate cash drawer and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
• Support the sales team by cross-promoting offers and ensuring a seamless checkout experience.
• Assist in stock replenishment and ensure the sales floor remains clean, organized, and reflective of the luxury brand.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards that align with our brand image.
• Escalate customer concerns appropriately while resolving basic queries in a professional manner.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience as a cashier or retail sales assistant, preferably in beauty, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling cash, credit card, and mobile transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Neat and polished appearance suitable for a luxury retail environment.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
