We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Oshodi/Isolo.
In this role, you will assist customers with their purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products.
You will also ensure shelves are well-stocked, manage inventory, and support effective sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
Qualifications
Strong Product Knowledge, with the ability to understand and explain features and benefits of Green Baskit products.
Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage with diverse customers and address their needs effectively.
Proven proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an advantage.
POS (Point of Sale) system experience is a plus.
Proactive attitude, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
