Retail Sales Associate at Mimundo Limited (Green Baskit)

Role Description

• We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Oshodi/Isolo.
• In this role, you will assist customers with their purchases, provide exceptional customer service, and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products.
• You will also ensure shelves are well-stocked, manage inventory, and support effective sales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Product Knowledge, with the ability to understand and explain features and benefits of Green Baskit products.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills, including the ability to engage with diverse customers and address their needs effectively.
• Proven proficiency in Retail Sales and Sales techniques to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal, for effective interaction with customers and team members.
• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is an advantage.
• POS (Point of Sale) system experience is a plus.
• Proactive attitude, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
