Retail Network Growth Manager at OmniRetail Technology

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Network Growth Manager to drive retailer acquisition, activation, retention and sales growth across our Micro Fulfilment Centre (MFC) network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive retailer acquisition and active customer growth across MFC locations.
• Manage and improve the productivity of field sales teams (PSEs).
• Develop strategies for retailer activation, retention and repeat orders.
• Manage MFC partner relationships and ensure achievement of growth targets.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, retail distribution, sales operations or network management.
• Proven experience managing field sales teams and delivering growth targets.
• Strong leadership, analytical and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel across MFC locations.
