Conduct comprehensive market research, analysis and assessment of potential clients.
Conversion of ideal prospects to clients, achieving scalable figures.
Develop strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth by 20% within a quarter.
Expand the network of retail sub-agent markets by IO every quarter.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-agents, documenting interactions and feedback to identify areas of improvement and maintain customer retention.
Provide timely service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution.
Preparation of reports to assess effectiveness and adjust strategies.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 2 years sales experience in the travel industry.
Ability to work with a multicultural group and adapt to changing needs of the market.
Flexible hard-working attitude.
Cood listening, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
