Job Summary:

We seek an experienced Retail eCommerce Specialist to join our field marketing team. As a Retail eCommerce Specialist, you will register and onboard retailers, wholesalers, and sellers onto our platform. Your primary goal is to drive platform adoption, increase listings, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, register, and onboard retailers, wholesalers, and sellers in Lagos.
• Conduct in-person meetings, demos, and training sessions.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in retail and wholesale industries.
• Promote Zylag's benefits and features to potential users.
• Ensure successful onboarding, including profile creation and listing uploads.
• Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring user satisfaction.
• Gather feedback, resolving issues promptly.
• Conduct surveys to understand user needs.
• Meet monthly targets for new registrations and listings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns.
• Identify opportunities for partnerships and strategic collaborations.S
• Submit weekly reports on field activities, progress, and challenges.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SSCE/OND
• Willingness and ready to work.
• Effective in field operations while working Hybrid.
