Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and smooth service.
• Supervise and support restaurant staff, including servers, hosts, and kitchen staff
• Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling employees.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
• Foster a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
• Oversee cash handling and daily financial transactions.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
