• Our client is looking to add a Restaurant manager that would be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, and promoting the restaurant’s offerings to corporate and individual customers.
• This role combines sales expertise with deep knowledge of food and hospitality services to increase brand visibility and boost customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
• Drive customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
• Monitor inventory and manage stock levels efficiently
• Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally
• Achieve sales targets and manage budgetary controls.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in Hospitality, Business, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory/managerial role in a fast-food or hospitality setting
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Sound knowledge of food safety and quality standards
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
