Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR).
• The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff performance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, controlling costs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
• Monitor food preparation and service quality to maintain consistency.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
• Drive sales growth and meet revenue targets.
• Monitor daily sales reports and manage operational costs.
• Control food, labor, and inventory costs to maximize profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a QSR environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good financial and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications.
