Resident Nurse at a Reputable Educational Institution

Our Client is an International School located in Lagos, seeking to employ a compassionate and qualified Resident Nurse to join our team. The Resident Nurse will be responsible for providing healthcare services to students and staff, managing the school's clinic, and responding to medical emergencies. The ideal candidate will foster a healthy, safe, and supportive environment within the school.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic healthcare services and first aid to students and staff.
• Monitor students' health, administer prescribed medications, and handle minor injuries.
• Maintain accurate health records of students and ensure confidentiality.
• Coordinate medical checkups and liaise with parents regarding students' health concerns.
• Promote health education and awareness among students and staff.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.

Requirements:

• B.Sc in Nursing and Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid license to practice in Nigeria.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical or school setting.
• Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and pediatric healthcare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Willingness to live on-site and be available for after-hours emergencies.
