Reservationist at Accor Hotel

Job Description

• Deal with and process all reservations according to room rate availability, ensuring that full and accurate details are obtained and input accordingly into the system.
• Update reservations and amendments, making sure all bookings are accurate.
• Ensure that the companies credit policy is adhered to at all times
• Confirm bookings
• Ensure that all correspondence relating to bookings is filled in logical order.
• Deal with customers and potential customers telephonically.
• Ensure that the correct information is provided to clients and potential clients.
• Cross check the arrivals list to ensure accuracy
• Ensure that all the relevant documentation and information is compiled and forwarded to reception as required.
• Ensure that the correct information is captured onto the system
• Ensure that all administrative procedures are completed correctly and timeously.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• ND, HND BSC or its equivalent
• Verbal and written English skills 
• At least 2 years’ experience in similar position
