To be considered, bidders should submit a completed request for quotation form and quotation on company’s letterhead not later than the closing date and time indicated above. Bidders should ensure that the quotation is well written in English, easy to read, follows the instructions provided, and contains only requested information.
QUESTION: Any questions should be submitted in writing and emailed to procurements@eynprojects.org no later than three days after the issue date of this RFQ. No questions will be entertained if they are received by means other than the specified email address, and any communications to alternate e-mail addresses will result in the disqualification of the bidder. The solicitation number (listed above) should be stated in the subject line. Answers will be compiled and distributed within 1 day from the closing date of questions
The Bidder is required to include details of three business references; this should include the name, company, and relationship to the bidder, email address, and / or phone number for each reference.
EYN Projects reserves the right to visit the place of business of a prospective supplier to verify that it is a legal business entity and has the necessary organizational and management competence to fulfill the necessary responsibilities.

The EYN projects estimate that the rehabilitation will be delivered within a period of 714 days. The selected bidder(s) should have the capacity to provide the services needed by EYN projects within the aforementioned timeframe. The consumption range provided is an estimate, and EYN projects reserves the right to consume above or below this range, or to order partial Items, and the selected bidder(s) shall deliver accordingly. The selected bidder(s) must deliver the services according to the provided timeline.

Using 9" concrete blocks embeded with colums and basket (0.6x0.6m ,Bottom) @ 2.3 meter centers with ground and top beams respectively. Filled with lateritic earth materials compacted in layers of 0.3m fillled with boulders and layed with 150 mm (6") of concrete thickness with steel bars 10mm diameter every 30cm with a concrete cover at the top and buttom. Also plaster the entire structure. Install 4nos of a purpose made hooks using 12mm rod as support for ancoring the tank. Note concrete should contain 3" granite as gravel . |
