Bidders     should ensure that the quotation is well written in English, easy to read, follows the instructions provided, and contains only requested information.

QUESTION: Any questions should be submitted in writing and emailed to procurements@eynprojects.org no later than three days after the issue date of this RFQ. No questions will be entertained if they are received by means other than the specified email address, and any communications to alternate e-mail addresses will result in the disqualification of the bidder.  The solicitation number (listed above) should be stated in the subject line. Answers will be compiled and distributed within 1 day from the closing date of questions

The Bidder is required to include details of three business references; this should include the name, company, and relationship to the bidder, email address, and / or phone number for each reference.

EYN Projects reserves the right to visit the place of business of a prospective supplier to verify that it is a legal business entity and has the necessary organizational and management competence to fulfill the necessary responsibilities.

• All Bidders must provide proof of registration and tax. Attach CAC certificate and TIN when sending quotation.
• All transportation and handling charges if any should be incorporated into vendor’s quoted unit price.

The EYN projects estimate that the rehabilitation will be delivered within a period of 714 days. The selected bidder(s) should have the capacity to provide the services needed by EYN projects within the aforementioned timeframe. The consumption range provided is an estimate, and EYN projects reserves the right to consume above or below this range, or to order partial Items, and the selected bidder(s) shall deliver accordingly. The selected bidder(s) must deliver the services according to the provided timeline.

TENDER REQUIREMENTS:  - 

To ensure that best value is obtained the following would be considered;

1. Evidence of Vendor’s registration with CAC, Tax Clearance Certificate and Identification Card (preferably NIN, International Passport or Voter’s card) of Company’ lead and Representation
2. Acceptable quotation validity period
3. Availability of items
4. Delivery within specified time
5. Not less than 3 years’ experience in similar services with Proof
6. The quotation is applicable to 3% withholding tax and 1% Stamp duty.

EVALUATION CRITERIA: BEST VALUE: - Only quotations that meet the requirements above would be selected for evaluation. Please note that if there are significant deficiencies regarding responsiveness to the requirements of this RFQ, an offer may be deemed “non-responsive” and thereby disqualified from consideration. PRICING DOCUMENT REHABILITATION OF WATERPOINT AT GIDAN YARA,GIDAN MADARA

	Supply  and install  15 length  of 1 1/4" PVC pipe  (tiger  made), 10  pcs  of  PVC  elbow,  3  pcs  of  PVC  Tee,  4  pcs  of  PVC  gate valve  for washouts  and outlets  to the storage  reserviour.  This include cost of materials and labourfor installations.	LS	1.00
	Construct a water collection point 2.5 X 3.0 X 1m, (LxBxH) plastered  completely  and install  2nos  1 1/4 "GI outlet  and a purpose  made  hanger  for  the  flexible  horse  tobe  hung.  Also supply  and install a 5m length  1 1/2"flexible  horse.  Note: the concrete platform for the water collection point should be compacted in layers of 0.15m laterite soil, boulders with 6" concrete  thickness  (1:3:6,  aggregate  (2"  granite)),  sloping  at least  0.1m.  lay  one  course  of  9"  blocks  at  the  two  sides  and install two (2) purpose  made hangers  and plaster accordingly. The mansory stand for water outlets is 1m height.
