    Relationship Officer

    Job Description

    • Analyze customer needs, manage customer interactions, and provide excellent customer service.
    • Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Schedule regular follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction.
    • Act as the point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
    • Resolve client and resident complaints quickly and efficiently to maintain satisfaction.
    • Keep clients updated on the latest products and services to help increase sales.

    Job Requirements

    • BSc in Business Administration or a related field.
    • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in customer service or a related field.
    • Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage customer interactions effectively and professionally.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.
