As the Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing investor relationships, driving assets under management (AUM) growth, and acquiring new clients while delivering exceptional wealth management solutions.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors to drive portfolio growth
Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, networking, and business development initiatives
Promote investment products and provide tailored wealth management solutions to meet client objectives
Manage investor portfolios, maintain accurate client records, and provide regular performance updates
Ensure compliance with KYC requirements, regulatory standards, and internal policies in all client interactions.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA, CFA, CISI, or other relevant professional certifications are an added advantage
Minimum of 5 years' experience in relationship management, wealth management, investment advisory, private banking, or asset management
Proven track record of managing and growing a portfolio of high-value clients and investment assets
Strong knowledge of investment products, capital markets, fixed income instruments, and wealth management solutions
Excellent communication, relationship management, negotiation, and business development skills.
