Relationship Manager (Oyo) at Outsource Nigeria

Job Summary

• The Relationship Manager (RM) for Oyo State is responsible for managing and expanding the agent and merchant network across the state. 
• The RM plays a critical role in ensuring agent activity, customer satisfaction, and market penetration for mobile financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard, and train mobile money agents and merchant partners.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor agent performance and provide operational support.
• Promote product adoption and ensure active agent participation.
• Monitor agent liquidity and coordinate cash or e-value rebalancing support.
• Resolve agent complaints and escalate technical or operational issues.
• Ensure full compliance with KYC/AML and regulatory requirements.
• Gather market intelligence and support regional business development activities.
• Prepare and submit periodic reports on agent performance and regional trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in agency banking, fintech, or mobile money operations.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Must reside in or be familiar with the Oyo State market.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and mobile agent applications.

Salary and Benefits
N250,000 Monthly + Car + Driver + PFA + HMO.
