This is a full-time hybrid role for a Relationship Manager located in Lagos, with flexibility for some remote work.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for introducing and managing relationships with Moni clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building a portfolio of satisfied customers.
The Relationship Manager will also be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various channels and working with internal teams to develop and implement strategies.
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
Experience in sales and account management
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
