This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Lagos.
The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing customer relationships, developing business strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty, and identifying new business opportunities.
Daily tasks involve interacting with clients, providing financial advice, and working closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
Qualifications
Relationship Management, Client Interaction, and Customer Service skills
Financial Advisory and Business Strategy Development skills
Ability to identify new business opportunities and market trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
