Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Experience in client relationship management and customer service
• Knowledge of financial products and services, especially loans and money market investments
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the finance or banking sector is a plus
