    Regional Sales Manager

    ROLE SUMMARY

    • To prospect new clients, manage the company’s relationship with existing clients to grow the business line and achieve set targets while ensuring an increase in the income and revenue of Agency Banking and PTSP Business.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Analyzing and expanding business operations toward sustained growth.
    • Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
    • Evaluating and improving sales, marketing, and branding strategies
    • Developing client relationships and strengthening industry partnerships.
    • Identifying new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.
    • Negotiating and closing business deals that promote sustained revenue.
    • Liaising with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue.
    • Assessing and advising on potential joint ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
    • Ensures set targets and all deliverables forthe group are met
    • Daily routine check/visit to Agents/Merchants in their various locations within the defined territory
    • Drive transaction counts and Volume for all our products and services at Agent locations • Onboard quality Agents, Acquire top Merchants, Issuance of POS to drive transaction count and volume
    • Provide market feedback from Agents/ Merchants and bench-marking what competition is offering for business growth.

    REQUIREMENT

    • Leadership and people’s management skills
    • Building and sustaining long lasting business relationship
    • Good knowledge in MS Office
    • Excellent customer and people relationship management skills.
    • Strong Interpersonal skills.
    • Good Communication skills - verbal and written.
    • Strong Business intelligence skill.
    • Prior experience in sales role in a startup company preferably with a background in financial services & focus on product will be an added advantage.
    • Proven ability to drive sales process, develop and implement successful sales strategies.
    • Relevant exposure in financial services, FINTECH/Tech start up, partner management/business development and B2B, B2G & B2C marketing with focus on understanding the wants and needs of consumers in the financial services and e-payments industry.
    • At least 2 - 4 years’ Sales experience in e-Business and/or financial service role.
    • Not more than 40 years

    EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

    • A first degree in any discipline.
