Qualifications

BSC/HND/MBA

Minimum years of experience:     3-5 years in a logistics and Courier industry 

Must have worked as regional Heads in a courier/Logistics company

• As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies across the territories
• You will be placed on a sales target.
• You will be asked to monitor other sales Staff in some territory and report back to the Head of Sales[AO1] .
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them
• Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics

• You will be required to uplift the regional sales volume.
• Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them.
