    Regional Facilities Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day operations of all facilities in the FCT region.
    • Forecast, monitoring and implementation of facility budgets.
    • Manage and drive customer focus within all areas of operational activities and maintain effective relationships with key client contracts.
    • Perform periodic inspections of facilities for quality control.
    • Ensure the fulfillment of client SLAs according to set standards.
    • Cost effective management of service contracts.
    • Effective monitoring of the use and maintenance of facility equipment.
    • Coordination and supervision of all direct reports including facility officers, managers and support staff.
    • Conduct regular health and safety checks on facilities.
    • Conduct reviews of budgets, reports and expenditures as required.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Minimum of a B.Sc. in Estate Management or other related field.
    • Minimum of 10 years proven experience in facilities management.
    • Experience managing both commercial and residential facilities.
    • Experience in the use of facility management softwares is an advantage.
    • Professional membership with IFMA, IFWM or ESVABON.
    • HSE & ISO certification are desired.

    Skill Requirements:

    • Good problem solving and decision making skills.
    • Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication.
    • Strong Interpersonal and negotiation skills.
    • Report writing and budgeting.
