Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets in the region.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in oil & gas, infrastructure, mining, and other sectors relevant to Zigma Limited.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and government agencies.
Prepare and submit proposals, bids, and tender submissions in line with company objectives.
Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Lead, motivate, and mentor staff within the regional office to deliver high performance.
Ensure alignment with Zigma's corporate culture, values, and performance expectations.
Conduct regular performance reviews and recommend staff development initiatives.
Support HR in talent acquisition, retention, and training for regional staff.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
15+ years of progressive experience in operations, business development, or regional management (preferably in oil & gas, infrastructure, or professional services).
Proven track record of achieving sales/ revenue targets.
Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Knowledge of Port Harcourt/Niger Delta business environment is highly desirable.
