Recruitment intern (NYSC) at Fadac Resources

We are experts in Recruitment, Outsourcing, and Management of talents. We also help in managing the entire organizational human resource ecosystem. We are in search of young and vibrant individuals who have been posted to Lagos State for youth service and are in search of a PPA to join our team as a RECRUITMENT INTERN.

Job Description.

• Maintain records using an applicant tracking system, posting jobs, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
• Maintain human resource information confidentiality
• Implementing human resource procedures
• Lead the successful placement of candidates into qualifying positions.
• Participating in the recruitment process to fill multiple open job positions.
• Contacting potential candidates via LinkedIn, referrals, and other mediums, sourcing resumes from existing databases.
• Contact references and perform background checks      
• Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions

Requirements

• A Corps member posted to Lagos and in search of a PPA.
• Must reside in LAGOS preferably around OGUDU
• Candidate should have interest in Human Resources/Recruitment Consulting
• Have good knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL and other Microsoft office software
• Must be computer and internet savvy
• Must be a fast learner
