Recovery/ Verification Officer at Trusoft Limited

Salary: 150k net plus transport allowance for every field verification

Key Responsibilities 

Loan Verification

• Review and verify loan applications, supporting documents, and customer information.
• Conduct background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.
• Validate customer 0identity, income, guarantor information (if applicable), and collateral details.
• Ensure all documentation meets internal policies, regulatory standards, and risk guidelines.
• Identify inconsistencies, fraud indicators, or incomplete documentation, and escalate when necessary.
• Prepare verification reports and recommend approval, decline, or further investigation.

Loan Recovery & Collections

• Monitor loan repayment schedules and identify overdue accounts.
• Contact customers via phone, email, SMS, and field visits (if applicable) to recover outstanding payments.
• Negotiate repayment plans and settlements within approved limits.
• Educate customers on repayment obligations and penalties for defaults.
• Maintain detailed records of interaction and recovery actions.
• Work with legal teams on escalated default cases, including repossessions or litigation.
