Job Summary
The Reconciliation-Settlement Associate will manage the reconciliation of financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in settlement processes.
This includes reconciling bank accounts, payment gateways, and other financial records.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform daily reconciliation of bank statements and internal records.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial transactions.
Manage settlement processes for cross-border payments and remittances.
Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting of financial data.
Prepare and maintain detailed reports on reconciliation and settlement activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in reconciliation or settlement processes.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Excel and financial reconciliation tools.
