Job Summary

• The lounge receptionist serves as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth, enjoyable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
• Manage reservations, bookings, and walk-in guests
• Answer calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Escort guests to their seats or reserved sections
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure efficient guest flow
• Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Monitor guest traffic and assist in crowd control when necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an HND / BSc Degree or equivalent
• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, well-groomed, and professional appearance
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills or experience with booking systems
