    Receptionist

    Responsibilities

    • Schedule and confirm appointments for clients using the spa management software.
    • Address and resolve client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

    Requirements

    • HND/B.Sc in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Proficient in Fresha or related software
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in the spa industry.
