About the Role

• We are looking for a welcoming and organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our office.
• This role involves greeting visitors, managing calls, and creating a professional and friendly atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
Reception Duties:

• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Handle mail and deliveries
• Keep the reception area tidy and well-presented
• Assist with booking meeting rooms and basic admin tasks
• Provide information to visitors and staff when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates should possess an HND qualification
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Friendly and approachable personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage a busy front desk
• Proficiency in basic computer skills (MS Office).
