Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to visitors professionally.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls.
• Respond to enquiries and provide accurate information.
• Manage appointments, meetings, and the reception area.
• Receive and distribute correspondence and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor logs and office records.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Ensure the reception area remains neat and presentable.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, or a related role is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
