Receptionist at Beta Cargo Logistics Worldwide Limited

Qualification: OND/HND/BSc

Experience: Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meeting and greeting clients.
• Booking meetings.
• Arranging couriers.
• Keeping the reception area tidy.
• Answering and forwarding phone calls.
• Screening phone calls.
• Sorting and distributing post.
• Taking messages, managing email and mail correspondence, and calendaring.
• You may also assist with invoicing, updating client files, and ordering office supplies.
• Undertake other duties as may be assigned by the company.

Salary: N40, 000.00 - 60,000.00
