Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to guests and visitors in a professional manner
• Answer, screen, and direct phone calls appropriately
• Manage all front-desk operations including correspondence and deliveries
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room use
• Provide administrative and clerical support as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum of OND or its equivalent
• 1–2 years experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
