Job Description

• They are in need of a receivable officer who would be in charge of assuring operational correctness and efficiency, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and safeguarding income by confirming and publishing receipts.

Responsibilities

• Processing accounting receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data
• Preparing bills receivable, invoices and bank deposits

Job Requirements

• 1-3 years Accounting Graduate
• Proven working experience as Accounts Receivable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Manager or accountant
• Customer service orientation and negotiation skills
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
