Receivable Manager at Leventis

Job Description

• Manage the complete accounts receivable cycle from invoice to Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Accounts cash collection.
• Monitor outstanding customer balances and ensure prompt follow-up on overdue accounts.
• Maintain accurate customer ledgers and reconcile receivable accounts regularly.
• Ensure receipts are accurately allocated to customer accounts. Develop and implement effective credit control policies and procedures.
• Conduct customer credit assessments and recommend appropriate credit limits.
• Monitor customers' credit utilization and payment behaviour. Recommend suspension of credit facilities for customers in default or exceeding approved limits.

Requirements:

• B.sc/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage X3, etc.).
• Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and financial modelling capabilities.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position. Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or haulage industry is highly preferred.
