    Real Estate Sales Executive

    Description 

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Executive to join our sales team in selling our Off-plan to join their thriving developing estate.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, a keen understanding of market trends, and excellent negotiation skills, also you will:

    Responsibilities 

    • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, demands, and potential buyers for off-plan properties.
    • Analyse competitive offerings, pricing strategies, and market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.
    • Proactively seek out potential clients interested in off-plan properties.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and individuals looking to purchase off-plan properties.
    • Effectively present off-plan properties to clients, highlighting unique selling points, potential return on investment, and any additional benefits.
    • Prepare and distribute visually appealing marketing materials showcasing off-plan projects.
    • Stay updated on local real estate regulations and ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements.
    • Assist clients in understanding and completing necessary documentation for off-plan property purchases.
    • Provide financial advice to clients, including mortgage options, payment plans, and investment strategies related to off-plan properties.
    • Collaborate with financial institutions and mortgage brokers to facilitate smooth financing for clients.
    • Negotiate terms and conditions between buyers and developers to ensure favorable deals for all parties.
    • Facilitate the closing of off-plan property transactions, including handling contracts and coordinating with legal professionals.
    • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for off-plan properties, utilizing online and offline channels.
    • Organize promotional events and open houses to attract potential buyers and investors.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics related to off-plan properties.
    • Attend conferences, seminars, and workshops to enhance knowledge and networking opportunities.
    • Provide excellent customer support throughout the entire property purchasing process.
    • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
    • Generate regular reports on market trends, sales performance, and client feedback.
    • Utilize data analytics to optimize sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

    Requirements
    To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

    • Be educated to degree level.
    • Have Good knowledge of Nigeria’s Real Estate market.
    • Be capable of growing a solid social media presence

    Remuneration

    • Salary: N200,000 - N300,000 monthly. 
    • 2% Commission with target of 6 off plans sales within a Year
