    Real Estate Business Development Manager

    Job Title: Real Estate Business Development Manager

    Location: Lagos

    Salary: N500,000 Net Monthly + 1% commission on every sale.

    About Us;
    Our company is a dynamic firm that sells only Luxury Properties within Ikoyi and Lekki, Lagos and with our least property worth nothing less than 250 - 300 Million Naira.

    Your Role:
    You will be the engine of our new client acquisition, responsible for generating leads, building a robust pipeline, and closing deals that directly contribute to our company\'s growth. This is a hands-on role for a sales hunter who thrives on the front lines.

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
    * Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the entire sales process—from initial contact and needs analysis to presenting solutions, negotiating terms, and closing the deal.
    * Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners within the real estate industry.
    * Market Expertise: Become an expert on our services/market to effectively communicate value propositions and overcome objections.

    We\'re Looking For Someone With:
    * A solid 3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development role within the real estate sector.
    * A documented track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
    * Deep understanding of real estate principles, terminology, and deal structures.
    * Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    * A proactive, person with a high level of resilience and initiative.
    Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
    * A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
