Job Summary

• The Real Estate Broker will manage property transactions, acting as a liaison between buyers, sellers, and agents to ensure seamless operations. 
• The role involves negotiating contracts, managing listings, and providing expert advice on market conditions, while maintaining compliance with legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate property sales, purchases, and rental agreements.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions for all parties involved.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to address real estate needs.
• Provide expert advice on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Manage property listings and support business growth initiatives.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property management, market trends, and sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid real estate broker license (if applicable).
• Must reside in or have easy access to Lekki, Lagos.
• Candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree.
