Raw Material Prep Officer at Frutta Foods and Services Nigeria Limited

Core Responsibilities

Weigh ingredients, according to master mixing instruction and mix using a paddle or an agitator, or by controlling vats that heat and mix ingredients.

• Determine mixing sequences, based on knowledge of temperature effects and of the solubility of specific ingredients.
• Experience of beverage industry’s Raw sugar dumping, Syrup Preparation.
• Batch Preparation & its quality parameters
• CIP of the processing tanks and pipe lines, Pasteurizer & Homogenizer operation.
• Water treatment process and cleaning.
• Maintain syrup preparatory record and equipment.
• Maintain facility in a clean, tidy and organized condition, including general housekeeping, working to 5S standards

Qualifications

• Must have relevant post high school qualification or equivalent (HND / B.Sc)
• Must be organized and punctual.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Prior experience in retail, preferably in a management position, would be advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
