Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing quantity surveying services, including cost management, contract administration, and procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage construction budgets, cost plans, and forecasts
• Conduct cost-benefit analysis and feasibility studies for construction projects
• Evaluate and manage construction contracts, including tendering and procurement
• Provide expert advice on construction costs, procurement, and contract management
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
