Quality Supervisor at ETL Engineering Services Limited

Summary

• We are seeking a Quality Supervisor to ensure that manufacturing and assembly processes consistently meet established quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise quality control activities across the manufacturing process.
• Conduct inspections of incoming components, work-in-progress, and finished products.
• Identify, document, and investigate defects and non-conformities.
• Work with Production teams to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct quality audits and process checks.
• Develop and maintain quality inspection checklists and reports.
• Track recurring defects and recommend process improvements.
• Train production staff on quality standards and defect prevention.
• Prepare quality performance reports for management.
• Promote a strong quality culture and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ relevant experience in quality control/assurance within freezer, refrigerator, or home appliance manufacturing/assembly.
• Practical knowledge of manufacturing quality control processes.
• Strong knowledge of inspection, defect identification, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively on a factory floor and supervise quality personnel.
• Candidates with hands-on experience in freezer/refrigerator manufacturing, assembly, or home appliance productionare strongly preferred. Experience in production line supervision, component assembly and testing, quality inspection, process control, and defect analysis will be an advantage.
